Her personal motto? "Each morning, we are born again. What we do today is what matters most." To get to know Chelsey better, read along in this edition of the Employee Spotlight! **What is your hidden talent?** Grinch impressions. My family makes me do them annually at Christmas dinner. It’s also my favorite movie, and I always watched it when I was home sick from school all year round. **What is your biggest fear?** Developing food allergies – my dad is allergic to all poultry and fish. I always grew up thinking I would have the same allergies, but I still can eat everything for now. **If you knew me, you’d know that**… I watch the Wild Alaska documentary to fall asleep every night. Usually, I’m asleep after the first line: “They call it America’s last frontier.” Really, any type of nature documentary will do the trick! **What is your guilty pleasure?** Thin Mints! I could eat an entire sleeve without noticing.
